"....alright, how do we want to proceed?" Cydwenn asked, she knew what she had to do, but getting started was always the toughest part for her, "um, all I need is access to ODN hub, and also privacy which I can get with accessing a hub through the tubes, which I think is gonna be how we want to travel for now," she added.

"Risky." Callisi offered. "We'd stick out like sore... you call them thumbs too, right? Sore thumbs. If they control the ship, they travel through the halls, which means only people detected in the tubes are issues. We'd need to either create sensor blind spots, or so many false positives that it spreads their resources thin investigating each one."

She furrowed her brow, which to be honest on a Ts'usugi had a certain adorable quality. "I wish I paid more attention in class. I'm certain we covered this in secondary."

"Right," Cydwenn said looking around, "what to do, what to do, what to do," she repeated softly, "wait! There is a good chance that there is a access point not far into the jeffery tubes, if I can get access to that I can start causing those distractions, make it look like we had a breakout, forcing Sabine to send security after the false readings!" Cydwenn said excitedly.

"Sounds good. Take some of the comm badges we have and start throwing them down side ports, throw off the scans with whatever we can." she suggested. Brandishing one of the previous guard's phasors, Callisi made it clear: Cydwenn handled the task, Callisi had her covered. "I'll go in first." as she reached over to undo the hatch leading into the labyrinthine innards of the ship. "Not a lot of head room in there, is there?" she asked to lighten the mood slightly, referring to her ears.

Cydwenn nodded, as she started moving about the cargo hold collecting the badges, "no, appears not, never understood why they made the tubes so small, and yet having them being the only places to access certain parts of the ship," Cydwenn said shaking her head following the rabbit into the tubes.

"If every point in the ship was in easy reach, imagine how massive the ship would be." Callisi offered as she crawled ahead, not granting Cydwenn the most dignified of views. "Besides, the headroom isn't much better on a Ts'usugi ship, so don't feel bad. Ears as long as your forearm, and still no headroom." she griped a bit aloud, uncommon for her normally, but maybe some mutual racial grievances would help her mood.

"I was on a Dalacari ship for sixteen hours once. Personnel transport. I didn't exactly get the chance to see their inner network, but knowing them I imagine it's immaculate, padded, and plenty of space." she gave a soft giggle. "I'll tell you about them when this is all behind us."

As they pass some side passage, Cydwenn tossed a couple of com badges down each side passage, "sounds exciting," Cydwenn said kinda missing the days on Ba'Ku where she got to meet all kinds of interesting species as they landed at the small spaceport they had.

"They're a wondrous and unique people. I'm not too comfortable with their reliance on drone technology, but I like to think we've saved them from themselves." she expressed her opinion, and encapsulated her dislike of synthetics, all in one go. Perhaps that's why she was so short with Kat before.

Something just clicked with Cydwenn, "umm, you are not from this universe or mine are you?"

"There's no real way I can answer that with certainty. All I know is we're both here." Callisi gave the most honest answer she could.

Tossing a few badges down the side passages, "fair enough," Cydwenn said, "we getting close? Running out of badges," Cydwenn said checking how many she had left.

"One more junction." Callisi replied softly, checking the junction numbers at each crossing. Next junction, and they were at their destination. "Tell me what you need." the cyclopean rabbitess started, and brandished a phaser, "And you'll have it."

Cydwenn smirked, sensing this was gonna be fun, "alright, I'll need a few minuets to connect this badge with the system to start creating the ghosts on the sensors. but if the chief operations is good she'll be able to pinpoint the original source, so just be ready to hold them off if this doesn't work."

Callisi gave a nod, deadly serious as she gripped her phasor. It felt weird in her hand, the design, the grip... everything was built to a slightly different specification than her own hand. The downfall of building to the common denominator. The first few moments were quiet. A silence broken only by the ambient noise of the ship. Then heavy, rushed footfalls just outside their section.

The Daughter of Ts'usu aimed her phasor at the entrance, ready to stun whoever or whatever opened that panel, but they kept running down the hall, past them, behind them, and into the distance. "They're chasing the decoys." Callisi observed in a hush. Her heart was racing, but she projected that same collected cool she always did. Always tried to.

"Good, alright you are up," Cydwenn said, "I'll stay here trying to cause as much chaos as possible, go I'll be fine!" Cydwenn said with a weak smile.

A nod from the Daughter of Ts'usu, and then when the coast sounded clear, she opened the hatch and was gone with the hatch closing behind her.

A minute in silence. Footsteps beyond the hatch, but no one investigating. Cydwenn's location.

Two minutes, more footsteps. Whoever it was, they were looking for something.

Five minutes. The footsteps were getting closer. The voices louder. The sound of a hatch opening down the hall.

Six minutes. The next hatch over was opened. Lights were shined into the tubes. Some of the shine was visible to Cydwenn, but she wasn't in the light yet.

A chirp from her comm badge broke the silence. Maybe louder than she would be comfortable with. "We're patched in. Do it."

Tapping a few buttons, Cydwenn, "alright it's working," she said into her badge, well yelling it.

Callisi had covered her ears in anticipation of the banshee's wail, and it was worth it. Rather than being utterly struck deaf and nauseous, she was merely overwhelmed by the intensity of the muffled sound. Deep breaths, Callisi... it'll be over soon.

"I HOPE SO!" she had to shout over the noise to hope to be heard by Cydwenn, but she wouldn't know if a body dropped or not with all this noise.
