Tiernin is devoted to her job and to her traditions. Both Klingon traditions and her Betazoid heritage. Complicated but she has learned how to live with both and uses her experiences to aid in her job. She does love having a good time with friends and will help anyone of them in a pinch. Works without fear of the unknown and can jury rig most any system until repairs can be made later. |

Tiernin is strong willed and determined to do her job. Sometimes too determined and will push on till echaustion sets in. She can be stubborn at times but it can backfire in her face.
Tiernin has some what of a temper to be sure. There are times when it can become a problem if thjings don't work out or they just don't work. |

Like all Chiefs, she wants to be the best in her job as CEO. To achieve recognition for furthering warp drive speeds. Eventually get married. |
